MediCalm (by MediCalm) lets you delete your account and its data at any time. You can do it yourself inside the app in a few seconds, or ask us to do it for you.
Delete it yourself, in the app
- Open MediCalm on your phone.
- Tap Profile (bottom right).
- Tap Account & sync.
- Scroll down and tap Delete my account.
- Confirm. Your account and cloud backup are deleted immediately.
Or ask us to delete it
Email vandanbavaria1997@gmail.com from the address you used to sign up, with the subject “Delete my account”. We delete the account within 7 days and reply to confirm. We may ask you to confirm the request from that email address so that nobody else can delete your account.
What is deleted
- Your account and email address
- Your cloud backup: meditation history, streaks, favourites, mood check-ins and journal entries you chose to back up
What is kept
- Anonymous play counts (which session was played, and on which platform). These are never linked to you or your account, so they cannot be traced back to you after deletion. They are kept for up to 24 months to help us understand which content helps people.
- Anything saved only on your phone stays on your phone until you delete it. To remove it, use Settings → Reset progress in the app, or uninstall MediCalm.
